Diminishing conflict in the work place is a critical leadership skill! Some conflict types are easy to mitigate, while others require additional skill sets and possibly training.

Conflict in the workplace can tear apart teams from the inside-out. If the conflict is not resolved, it can result in very low morale and ultimately retention problems. This may result in a breakdown for cooperation and may ultimate damage the organizational goals.
