Corporate Programs: If we conducted a corporate event for you and you are not satisfied with the outcome or you feel that we have not created a positive change, simply let us know. Please submit your request in writing to Magnovo Training Group LLC, 5975 Castle Creek Pkway, Ste 120, Indianapolis, IN 46250 within 14 days of your event. We will refund the entire tuition that you paid.
Public Sessions: If you have registered for one of our Public Sessions, you can request a refund of your tuition before 1/2 the program has been completed. Simply ask your instructor for a Refund Form before your program has passed the 1/2 way point. This form will ask why you are unsatisfied and why we have not met your expectation. This helps us better meet your needs and ensure our programs are effectively maximized.
