Rob has been a speaker and trainer for over 22 years specializing in public speaking, personality profiles, sales training, management, and team building. Rob has served as President and Chairman on several Executive Leadership boards. In addition to being a Certified DISC Trainer, Rob has logged hundreds of instructional classroom hours.

Rob is a requested Keynote Speaker. His engaging style of storytelling and humor captivates an audience and moves them to action.

President - Lighthouse Training Group created customized training plans for various companies as a consultant and trainer, specializing in Organizational Leadership and Development.

Sr. Vice President of Corporate Development for a highly recognized leadership training company trained and managed staff of trainers on various workshops, including Presentation Skills, Teambuilding, and Leadership Development.

Vice President Human Resources and Training.  Over Fifteen years of experience in management level positions within the banking industry.  Specializing in the HR and Training departments.  Wrote and developed curriculum on developing interpersonal skill sets.  Coached trainers on facilitation.
