Agenda:

• Participants engage in unique interactive, high energy activities to bond team members and divide into smaller groups for the rest of the day.
• Our experienced instructors impart knowledge of personality and team dynamics, explain program guidelines and rules. This team building training workshop is an effective, dynamic collaboration of all members to accomplish set goals.
• Group members solve puzzles which reinforce personality key learning’s and acquire bike parts and tools needed to build each ‘team’ bike. Members must work together to resolve resource challenges – just like in the office!
• At the ‘big reveal’ your teams present the assembled bicycles to local underprivileged children. This is the ‘ultimate’ team building experience!  We can suggest charitable organizations that we have worked with or we welcome a specific charity of your preference.
