With this unique Corporate Team Building event, your group will plan for a difficult ‘journey’ and walk away with integration skills, revitalized team spirit, enhanced performance, and improved team leadership. Group solve puzzles, codes and secrets to gather the provisions and tools needed to complete their supply wagons. As each challenge is presented, the team must collaborate to overcome and accomplish their goal. This is a great platform to address core issues such as improving communication, tapping into creativity, and using precious resources.

Course Outline
- Our experienced instructors explain program guidelines and rules. The Corporate Team Building Event is not a competition but an alliance of group member strengths to accomplish the wagon assembly.
- Momentum and enthusiasm are created as team members divide into smaller groups and get to know each other by dealing with cores issues such as dealing with change in a positive way, improving communication, tapping into creativity and increasing productivity
- Group members participate in several problem-solving, team building activities to emphasize the importance of working together to overcome – just like in the office!
- At the ‘big reveal’ a local children’s hospital or other charitable organization representative will accept the completed wagons and thank your team for the donation. We can suggest organizations that we have worked with or we welcome a specific charity of your preference.
